Making an original breakfast is a snap! A little time and desire - and you already have a delicate omelet with herbs and croutons with cheese, and at once together, in one dish!

  1. Cut the pieces of bread in half. Cut the cheese into slices.
  2. Rinse the green onion feathers, dry and chop finely.
  3. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper. Beat with a fork.
  4. Pour in milk and beat again until the mixture is homogeneous.
  5. Add chopped green onions and stir.
  6. Heat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan. Put slices of bread into the pan.
  7. When the pieces of bread are browned on one side, turn over to the other side.
  8. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Pour the bread and cheese with the egg-milk mixture. Reduce heat to minimum immediately.
  9. Cover the skillet with a lid and bring the omelet to readiness for 8-10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot omelet with bread, cheese and herbs immediately.
