  1. We wash the buckwheat and fill it with water. Boil for 10 minutes. We put it in a colander.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl.
  3. Pour in milk, salt and add a mixture of Italian herbs.
  4. Beat with a whisk.
  5. Cut the sausages into slices.
  6. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  7. Heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan. We spread the sausages. We fry for 1 minute.
  8. Turn the sausages over. We spread the buckwheat and level it.
  9. Fill the sausages and buckwheat with egg mass.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with a lid and bring the omelet to readiness over low heat (3-5 minutes).
  11. Chop the dill.
  12. Put the omelet with buckwheat and sausages on a plate, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.
