The usual morning omelet can be diversified in such a simple way.

  1. To make an omelet with cheese, you first need to beat the eggs and milk.
  2. Add flour and beat with flour. To make the omelet fluffy, you can beat it with a blender (30-40 seconds).
  3. Chop the greens.
  4. Add salt, pepper, finely chopped herbs to the omelet and mix.
  5. Heat fat (butter or vegetable oil) in a frying pan.
  6. Reduce fire to low.
  7. Gently pour the omelet mixture into a preheated skillet. Cover the pan with a lid.
  8. Fry the omelet on both sides in a preheated pan with vegetable or butter (or other fat). First, fry for 5-7 minutes on one side.
  9. Then very gently turn the omelet over and fry it under the lid for another 2-3 minutes.
  10. Grate the cheese.
  11. Transfer the finished omelet to a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  12. Roll up the hot omelet with cheese in an envelope, roll. Or just fold it in half and serve the cheese omelette.
