Omelet with cheese and cucumbers

An omelet with herbs, cheese and cucumbers is prepared so quickly and easily that you won't even have time to get really hungry.

Ingredients

  1. Rinse the greens, dry and chop them.
  2. Break the eggs into a deep container, add chopped herbs, salt there and beat with a whisk or fork.
  3. Heat a skillet on the stove, pour the egg mass over it and fry the omelet with herbs over low heat for about 4 minutes on one side.
  4. Then turn the omelette with a spatula on the other side and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Grate the hard cheese with a fine mesh grater.
  6. Rinse fresh cucumbers in water, cut tails from vegetables and cut into slices.
  7. Put the omelet with herbs on a plate and cut in half. Put half the sour cream and half the grated cheese on one part.
  8. Place the cucumbers on top of the cheese. Cover with the other half of the omelet.
  9. Put the sour cream, grated cheese, cucumbers again and serve the omelet with cheese and cucumbers to the table.
