A simple and quick breakfast in the microwave - a hearty omelet with cheese, sausage and bread. Adding slices of bread not only adds nutritional value to the omelet, but also makes it more interesting in structure. A great addition to a cup of tea or coffee!

  1. Prepare foods according to the list.
  2. If desired, smoked sausage can be replaced with ham or boiled sausage.
  3. Cut the sausage into small cubes.
  4. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  5. Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
  6. Pour in milk. Add salt and ground pepper.
  7. Shake with a fork or whisk.
  8. Add shredded cheese and sausage to the omelet mixture.
  9. Rinse the parsley, dry, chop finely with a knife and send to a bowl, if desired, setting aside a pinch of herbs for serving.
  10. Break the bread into small pieces with your hands and add to a bowl.
  11. Mix.
  12. Grease a microwave-safe baking dish (glass or ceramic, without gilding or metal elements). Put the prepared omelet mixture into the mold. Microwave at full power (800 kW) for about 4 minutes.
  13. The original omelet with cheese and sausage baked in the microwave is ready. We serve it to the table, sprinkling with herbs if desired.
