A wonderful and quick breakfast - a lush curd omelet. An extremely simple, tasty and delicate dish that will provide energy for most of the day!

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content.
  3. Grind the cottage cheese in a bowl, carefully breaking the lumps. Drive in eggs, add salt and ground pepper.
  4. Mix the egg-curd mass thoroughly.
  5. Grease a frying pan (I have a diameter of 14-15 cm) with vegetable oil and heat it over medium heat. Pour the omelet mass into the pan. We reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook an omelet for about 5 minutes on each side, until slightly ruddy.
  6. Juicy omelet with cottage cheese is ready.
  7. We put it on a plate and serve it to the table.
