Delicate omelet, complemented by cottage cheese, corn and cheese, turns out to be so sunny that it "warms" for a long time. A very unusual omelet!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate a third of the cheese on a fine grater. Grate the remaining cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add salt, half of dried herbs and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Shake with a whisk.
  4. Add cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
  5. Add cottage cheese.
  6. Mix.
  7. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour the omelet mixture into it.
  8. Fry an omelet with cottage cheese, corn and cheese under the lid until the eggs set (10 minutes). The fire should be minimal, otherwise the omelet will burn from below, and the top will not have time to cook yet.
  9. Sprinkle the finished omelet with the remaining cheese and dried herbs. Cover the skillet with a lid for a minute.
  10. In order not to damage the integrity of the omelet, transfer it to a plate or board using a spatula.
  11. Cut the omelet into portions and serve hot for breakfast.
  12. Bon Appetit!
