Ingredients
Directions
Grind dry porcini mushrooms in a coffee grinder.
Mix with flour and salt.
Mix eggs with sour cream. Beat lightly.
Pour in dry mixture. Stir well.
Finely chop the parsley.
Heat butter in a frying pan. Pour the scrambled eggs gently.
Sprinkle with herbs on top. To cover with a lid. Fry an omelet with mushrooms over low heat for 4-5 minutes. Care should be taken not to overcook the bottom of the omelet.
Then gently turn over and fry the omelet with mushrooms on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
The mushroom omelet is ready. Bon Appetit!
