Omelet with dried mushrooms

Powdered dried mushrooms will add a breathtaking flavor to the omelet!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind dry porcini mushrooms in a coffee grinder.
  2. Mix with flour and salt.
  3. Mix eggs with sour cream. Beat lightly.
  4. Pour in dry mixture. Stir well.
  5. Finely chop the parsley.
  6. Heat butter in a frying pan. Pour the scrambled eggs gently.
  7. Sprinkle with herbs on top. To cover with a lid. Fry an omelet with mushrooms over low heat for 4-5 minutes. Care should be taken not to overcook the bottom of the omelet.
  8. Then gently turn over and fry the omelet with mushrooms on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. The mushroom omelet is ready. Bon Appetit!
