Omelet with grilled cheese and sausage

A fluffy omelet with a juicy sausage filling and a fried cheese crust is a luxurious and nutritious dish made from readily available products. Crispy cheese crust, juicy omelette, herbs and smoked sausage - a great breakfast in a minimum amount of time!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in a deep bowl. Beat the mixture with a whisk until smooth. (Salt should be done carefully, as cheese and sausage already contain salt.)
  2. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut the sausage into small cubes. We wash the parsley, dry it and chop finely with a knife.
  4. Put the grated cheese on the bottom of a dry frying pan without oil and distribute it evenly over the bottom.
  5. We put on medium heat and cook for about 1 minute, until the cheese melts.
  6. Pour the egg-milk mixture onto the cheese crust. Slightly reduce the heat (I fried on 4 out of 9 divisions of my stove).
  7. Put on top and evenly distribute chopped sausage and greens. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet for about 6-7 minutes.
  8. The egg mass should set well and become fluffier.
  9. Gently fold the omelette in half using a spatula.
  10. Trying to maintain integrity, we transfer the finished omelet to a plate and serve it to the table, decorating with herbs if desired.
  11. An unusual omelet with grilled cheese and sausage is ready.
