Omelet with instant noodles and minced meat

The omelet, the recipe of which I want to offer you today, is one of my favorites - it is plump, fluffy, juicy, hearty, very tasty. In general, some pluses! Instant noodles and minced meat are added to the egg mixture for the classic omelet. It seems to be nothing original, but I assure you that you will not be able to tear yourself away from the finished dish!

  1. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Place the minced meat in the skillet.
  2. Fry the minced meat over high heat, season with a little salt, for 7 minutes. Stir the minced meat periodically during frying.
  3. While the minced meat is browning, handle the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Break the instant noodles a little and transfer to a bowl. Do not add spices and oil. Simply pour 1.5 cups of boiling water over the noodles to completely cover the noodles. Cover the bowl with a plate and let the noodles steam while making the omelet mixture.
  5. Break the eggs into another bowl.
  6. Pour in milk, add salt and black pepper.
  7. Swirl the eggs and milk with a fork until smooth.
  8. Drain the noodles.
  9. Transfer the steamed noodles to the egg mixture and toss.
  10. Pour the fried minced meat with the egg mixture and noodles. Heating at this time should be strong.
  11. Stir the contents of the pan quickly so that the minced meat is evenly distributed in the omelette mass.
  12. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet with a lid and cook the omelet for 5 minutes under the lid. Then turn the omelet over to the other side and cook also covered for another 3 minutes.
  13. Transfer the finished omelet to a plate.
  14. The original omelet with instant noodles and minced meat is ready.
  15. Serve hot omelet with noodles and minced meat right after cooking.
