  1. Break the eggs into a plate.
  2. Beat eggs with a whisk.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add mayonnaise to the eggs.
  5. Beat the egg and mayonnaise mixture thoroughly.
  6. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Pour prepared eggs into hot oil. Fry the omelet with mayonnaise over low heat, covered for about 2 minutes (so that the omelet "grabs" from the bottom).
  7. Then turn over and fry the omelet on the other side for about a minute. The omelet with mayonnaise is ready.
  8. Put the omelet with mayonnaise on a plate, sprinkle with green onions, grated cheese or herbs.
