  9. Grease the bottom of a skillet with a piece of butter and heat over medium heat. Then reduce heat to low and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cover and fry for about 5-7 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  10. If you wish, you can turn the omelet with mayonnaise and cream cheese and fry on the other side for about 3-4 minutes.
