The taste of mint omelet with cheese and green peas will pleasantly surprise you - the freshness and aroma of mint are very harmoniously combined with the piquancy of cheese and green peas. Such an unusual and delicious breakfast will definitely cheer you up!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Essential products.
  2. I used canned peas, but fresh or frozen green peas are also great.
  3. We wash the mint well, shake off excess water, separate the leaves from the stems.
  4. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  5. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  6. Break the eggs into a bowl, add pepper and salt.
  7. Mix with a whisk or mixer at low speed.
  8. Add mint and green peas to the egg mass.
  9. We mix.
  10. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat (not too much so that the omelet does not burn). Pour the omelet mass into the frying pan.
  11. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  12. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low and cook the omelet for about 3-5 minutes, until set completely.
  13. Then fold gently in half.
  14. An unusual omelet with mint, cheese and green peas is ready. We put the omelet on a plate and serve.
  15. Bon Appetit!
