An appetizing omelet in milk baked with mushrooms and chicken liver is a great way to have a hearty breakfast or snack! Despite the simplicity of preparation and quite familiar products, the omelet with mushrooms and liver turns out to be very satisfying, tender and tasty. The omelet in the oven turns out lush and does not settle after baking, and fried chicken liver and mushrooms with onions give the dish a special aroma.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare foods according to the list.
  2. An omelet in milk, with mushrooms and chicken liver is cooked quite quickly, so it is best to turn on the oven in advance to warm up to a temperature of 200 degrees.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  4. Wash the mushrooms, remove dark spots and cut into thin slices.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the onions and mushrooms in a skillet and, stirring occasionally, fry for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir.
  6. Wash the chicken liver and cut into small pieces.
  7. Move the fried mushrooms and onions in a pan to the sides, and put the chicken liver pieces in the center.
  8. Add nutmeg. Fry the liver with mushrooms and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes more.
  9. Combine milk and eggs in a deep bowl.
  10. Season with salt and shake with a fork.
  11. Place the fried liver with mushrooms and onions on the bottom of a baking dish (I have a 10x17 cm dish).
  12. Pour in the egg and milk mixture.
  13. Bake an omelet with mushrooms and liver in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  14. Then lower the oven temperature to 150 degrees and continue baking for about 10-12 minutes, until the egg mixture sets, golden brown and fluffy.
  15. A hearty omelet in milk, with mushrooms, onions and chicken liver is ready.
  16. Bon Appetit!
