Omelet with mushrooms stewed in cream

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  2. Pour cream into a frying pan, heat.
  3. Put the mushrooms in the cream and simmer, turning from time to time, for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. Mix it with eggs.
  6. Add milk, salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms. Reduce heat to low, cover pan and cook omelet with mushrooms for another 7-10 minutes.
  8. When serving, sprinkle omelet with mushrooms with herbs.
  9. Bon Appetit!
