An omelet with onions and cheese is a variant of a simple egg dish for breakfast.

  1. Grate cheese.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into thin slices.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan. Fry the onions in a pan over low heat in butter until transparent (5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally). Cool slightly.
  4. Beat eggs in a bowl
  5. Add grated cheese to the eggs, salt and pepper.
  6. Put onion in a bowl with eggs, mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. When it warms up well, add the prepared mixture.
  8. Fry the omelet on both sides until golden brown over medium heat - first 3-4 minutes on one side.
  9. Then about 3 more minutes on the other side.
  10. An omelet with onions and cheese is ready. Bon Appetit!
