An excellent option for a nutritious breakfast is a juicy milk omelet with potatoes and spinach. The combination of ingredients is very successful, the omelet turns out to be incredibly tender, the potato cubes literally melt in your mouth, and the rosy onion adds zest. Spinach does not have a rich taste, so it perfectly absorbs the aromas and flavors of the ingredients with which it is cooked. Appetizing, simple, satisfying!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.
  2. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put onion and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes, until soft. Add potatoes and stir fry for about 5 minutes more.
  4. Then reduce heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft.
  5. Rinse the spinach under running water, dry and chop finely.
  6. Add spinach to the skillet.
  7. Stir constantly, cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the spinach has completely settled.
  8. Break the eggs into a bowl.
  9. Beat with a fork or whisk until smooth.
  10. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the skillet over the potatoes, onions and spinach.
  11. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the contents for about 4-5 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  12. Juicy omelet in milk with spinach and potatoes is ready.
  13. Bon Appetit!
