Finely chop all vegetables and ham (1 slice) (into cubes).
Boil rice.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add shrimp to it. Fry for a short time.
Add radish, carrots, ham, onions, red and green peppers to the pan, stir and fry.
Add boiled rice to vegetables, stir, fry.
In the meantime, beat the eggs in a bowl. Heat vegetable oil in a clean skillet, reduce heat to low. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet until you get an even circle.
Put rice in the middle with vegetables, gently wrap the omelet with a spatula, covering the filling with it.
Turn over, fry on the other side.
Put on a plate, garnish with ketchup.
