Omelet with tomatoes and bell pepper

  1. Pepper, cut into strips. Chop the tomatoes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We cut the greens.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add pepper and lightly fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes, until soft. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with milk, add a little flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour our fried vegetables with an egg-milk mixture. Reduce heat, cover with a lid.
  5. After 3-4 minutes, sprinkle the half-finished omelet with tomatoes and pepper with grated cheese and chopped herbs, cover with a lid. Another 5 minutes - and you're done!
