An omelet with vegetables is a recipe for a delicious quick breakfast.

  1. Prepare all products, wash and dry vegetables. Peel the onion.
  2. Cut the mushrooms and onions into plates. Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the pepper into strips, the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Add to mushrooms and onions, season and fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Mix eggs with cream, pepper and salt.
  6. Beat the egg mixture.
  7. Pour the eggs into the pan with the vegetables.
  8. Fry an omelet with vegetables, covered, until tender.
