  1. Peel, wash and chop finely onions.
  2. Cut the ham into cubes.
  3. Wash greens and chop finely.
  4. Beat eggs into a plate, add milk and salt.
  5. Add greens, beat everything well with a whisk or fork.
  6. Preheat a frying pan, add butter.
  7. Fry the onion in butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Put ham, fry, stirring occasionally, 1 minute.
  9. Pour prepared eggs.
  10. Fry omelet with vegetables on the lowest heat under the lid.
  11. Grate the cheese.
  12. When the omelet has grabbed, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Let the cheese bake for 1-2 minutes.
