I recommend everyone to try this omelet, as it contains fewer calories than a fried omelet. For those who are trying to stick to a diet, I advise you to pay special attention to the boiled omelet in the package - namely, the method of its preparation.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour milk into a deep plate, add eggs and season with spices.
  2. Beat everything well with a mixer or blender.
  3. You should have a smooth paste.
  4. Add chopped vegetables and stir.
  5. I used the vegetables and herbs that I had in the freezer - zucchini, carrots, eggplant, red peppers and frozen dill. But you can use absolutely any vegetables according to your preference, desire and taste.
  6. Pour all the prepared mixture into the bag and tie it to a strong knot. Make a knot so that there is a loop, for which it will be convenient to get the bag out of hot water.
  7. Place a pot of water on the stove and let it boil. There is no need to salt the water. Dip a bag of egg mixture into boiling water.
  8. Leave the omelet to simmer in boiling water, up to about 8 minutes.
  9. Put the boiled omelet in the bag from the bag into a plate, garnish with herbs and serve.
  10. Bon Appetit!
