Omelette roll with cheese

A gorgeous omelette appetizer for the festive table. Cheap and cheerful, and looks spectacular, and tasty :)

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the oven.
  2. Drive eggs into a bowl. Whisk well.
  3. Salt. Add milk or mayonnaise. Beat well.
  4. Heat a baking sheet or a large frying pan, grease with vegetable oil (or melt butter). Pour the egg mass.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees
  6. Meanwhile, grate the processed curds on a medium grater.
  7. Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl.
  8. Put the cheese in a bowl, add garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add chopped dill. The filling is ready.
  9. Cool the finished omelet without removing it from the pan (baking sheet). Put the filling on the omelet over the entire surface in an even layer, roll the omelet tightly into a roll, wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  10. Slice the roll before serving.
