When there is little time in the morning or I don’t want to mess around in the kitchen for a long time, I take out a loaf, sprats, eggs and cook a delicious breakfast according to this recipe in 3 minutes. Fast, simple, tasty and affordable!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with a whisk, adding a little salt.
  2. Add finely chopped onion, chopped herbs and black pepper to taste. We mix.
  3. Use a non-stick skillet to make an omelet. We heat the pan, grease the bottom with a small amount of vegetable oil.
  4. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan (the other half is for another sandwich) and evenly distribute to make a pancake.
  5. Reduce heat and place a piece of loaf on the edge of an egg pancake. If the loaf is stale, dip it on all sides in a liquid egg (in a frying pan).
  6. Put the filling on top of the loaf. I have pickled cucumber slices and sprats. You can use cheese, meat, etc.
  7. We wrap the edges of the egg pancake so that the stuffed loaf comes out in an envelope.
  8. Fry on both sides for another minute. We are also preparing the second sandwich in an omelette. And breakfast is ready!
