  1. Turn on the oven and preheat the baking sheet.
  2. Drive chicken eggs into a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise to the eggs. Beat everything well with a whisk.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Pour the prepared mass onto a baking sheet, place in the oven on the middle shelf.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees until light brown (about 10-15 minutes). Then turn the omelet onto a cutting board. Let it cool until warm.
  6. To make the filling, for this, grate the processed cheese.
  7. Peel the garlic, grate it on a fine grater and add to the cheese. Then add mayonnaise. Mix well.
  8. Spread the filling on a warm omelette and roll into a roll. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. The omelette snack roll is ready. Before serving, cut the omelet roll into slices and place nicely on a plate.
