Incredibly tender and crumbly orange cake with nuts. The cake is very soft, deliciously fragrant and very tasty.

Ingredients

  1. In a separate bowl, mix soft butter with sugar.
  2. Remove the zest from one orange with a fine grater and add it to the oil. We send eggs and a pinch of salt there.
  3. Next, squeeze the juice from half of the orange into the resulting mass.
  4. Pour a bag of baking powder and vanilla into the flour. Sift the flour through a sieve and knead the dough.
  5. Grind the walnuts in any way convenient for you and add them to the already prepared dough for the cake.
  6. We spread the dough in any heat-resistant form and put it in the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees. Bake orange cake for 30-40 minutes. We check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick, it should be dry.
  7. Orange cupcake is ready!
  8. I had half a dark chocolate bar, so I decided to melt it and decorate the cupcake with chocolate. I also used the remaining half of the orange for decoration. You can decorate to your liking.
