If you don't have cupcake liners, no problem. Cupcakes can be prepared in ordinary glass jars! Alternatively, you can take a cupcake in a jar with you to work or study for a snack. I closed the jar with fragrant orange pastries with a lid, and you're done! Convenient, practical and very, very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat soft butter with sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
  2. Continuing to beat the buttercream, fold in the egg whites.
  3. Now pour in half of the kefir at room temperature. Whisk.
  4. Mix flour with baking powder, sift dry ingredients. Pour half of the flour mixture into the dough base, mix the dough with a mixer at low speeds.
  5. Enter the remaining kefir, mix and stir in the remaining mixture of flour and baking powder.
  6. Wash the oranges, wipe dry, remove the zest from one of them using a fine grater (only the orange part). Then mill two oranges (separate the pulp from the peel and partitions) and add the zest and orange pieces directly to the dough.
  7. Mix the dough with oranges.
  8. Divide the muffin batter into small glass jars, filling no more than 2/3 of each. I used jars with a volume of 280 ml, I got 6 pieces in total.
  9. Bake orange muffins on kefir in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  10. Cupcakes in jars are ready.
  11. Bon appetit!
