  1. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. You should end up with about 1 glass.
  2. Cut the persimmon into 4–6 pieces. Put in a blender bowl along with dried apricots and sea buckthorn, chop. Pour in orange juice and beat well. Adjust the thickness by adding more juice if needed.
  3. Try the drink if you like, add some honey. Pour into glasses. Place a layer of yogurt on top. Garnish with orange zest.
