Orange peel drink

As a child, my mother prepared this drink for me and my brother and I liked it. And just recently I came across it on the Internet. Now I want to share it with others.

Ingredients

• lemon acid 1 st. l.
• granulated sugar 100 g
• orange peel 5 g

Directions

1. 1. Ate an orange. We do not throw out the crusts, wash them and put them in a 3-liter jar. Next, pour boiling water and let stand for a day.
2. 2. After a day, we take out the crusts and pass them through a meat grinder into the same water which they insisted on. Fill the jar to the top with boiling water and let stand for another 4-5 hours.
3. 3. We filter our drink, and add sugar and citric acid. Attention! Add a little bit to the desired taste, because. everyone's tastes are different. We put the drink in the refrigerator, and then drink it chilled.
