Very tasty cottage cheese pie with oranges. Preparing an orange pie without flour. Well, or almost without flour, since flour, although almond, is still present.

Directions

  1. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Pour brown sugar into a glass, add water and mix well. Put the resulting sugar mass in a baking dish and spread evenly over the bottom.
  3. Cut the orange crosswise into two pieces. Cut off three thin circles of orange, two of which are cut in half.
  4. Arrange the prepared orange slices and circle on top of the brown sugar in a tin.
  5. Remove the zest from one orange with a fine grater and mix in a bowl with white sugar.
  6. Add softened butter and mix thoroughly.
  7. Separate egg whites from yolks.
  8. Add the yolks one at a time to the bowl with the butter mixture and stir.
  9. Squeeze juice from oranges and add to a bowl with an oil-yolk mass.
  10. Add cottage cheese, mix. Add salt.
  11. Stir in almond flour and cornmeal.
  12. Mix.
  13. Whip the egg whites into a thick foam.
  14. Add the beaten egg whites to the batter and mix gently.
  15. Pour the batter into a baking dish and smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.
  16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cottage cheese pie with oranges for 50 minutes.
  17. Remove the finished orange pie from the oven and let cool. Then invert the orange pie onto a cutting board or platter and remove the pan.
  18. Bon appetit!
