Orange, radish and salmon salad

Radish is always in sight, only we use it very one-sidedly: we cut it thoughtlessly into a common vegetable salad. Meanwhile, it will sound great in toasts, sauces, and you can come up with an interesting salad with it.

  1. Cut the radish and salmon into thin slices, the onion into half rings.
  2. Fillet out the oranges. Combine it and the resulting juice with onions and radishes. Add vinegar, salt and mix gently. Leave it on for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Divide the watercress into bowls. Place the salmon slices and the prepared mixture on it. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with bread.
