OREO cookies - a sandwich consisting of two discs connected by a creamy white milk filling. I think a lot of people fell under the influence of advertising and bought these cookies in the supermarket more than once. Delicious, isn't it?

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's make shortbread dough. For this we take butter and sugar. Beat the mixture with an immersion blender. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, after which everything needs to be beaten well until a homogeneous consistency is formed.
  2. Take a separate bowl and mix our dry ingredients (cocoa, salt, flour, baking powder).
  3. Pour the dry pre-prepared mixture into the oil mixture and knead the dough. If done correctly, you will feel an incredible chocolate aroma. It feels like the dough can be eaten right now. But we need to complete the process. So take your time, there is very little left! Roll the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  4. We send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Put the finished cookies on a plate and leave to cool.
  6. While the cookies are cooling, let's get down to making the buttercream. Add powdered sugar to the butter (in several approaches) and beat everything until a homogeneous consistency is formed.
  7. Add milk and vanilla sugar to the mixture and mix. Our cream is ready. Now we need to put it in a pastry bag (if there is no bag, put the cream in a tight plastic bag and cut a small hole in it).
  8. Combine our custard cookies in pairs. It turns out the OREO chocolate sandwich. We send the cookies to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Our cookies are ready!
