Original mushroom eggs

A simple, tasty and beautiful appetizer of eggs and tomatoes. You can use mushrooms from eggs with tomatoes to decorate dishes.

  1. Hard boil eggs.
  2. Cool and clean.
  3. Cut in half (crosswise).
  4. Remove the yolk from the egg halves.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Put the yolk on a plate and mash with a fork. Add grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise, 1-2 tbsp. spoons.
  7. Mix well. The egg filling is ready.
  8. Stuff the egg halves with stuffing.
  9. Wash the greens, finely chop. Pour on a plate in the form of "grass".
  10. Lay the stuffed egg halves on top of the greens.
  11. Wash tomatoes, cut in half. Lightly cut out the middle with a knife. Put the tomato caps on the egg halves. Make dots on tomatoes with mayonnaise, imitating the pattern on fly agaric hats. Mushrooms from eggs with tomatoes are ready.
