Unusual and very beautiful scrambled eggs - eggs "Orsini" with the addition of cheese. Such cloudy eggs are prepared very quickly and will undoubtedly appeal to lovers of egg dishes and, in particular, fried eggs, since the yolk is semi-liquid. Very original breakfast!

  1. We break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. We send the proteins into a deep bowl. Leave the yolks in the shell and put them aside for now.
  2. Pour salt into the proteins and beat well with a mixer, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer so that persistent peaks are formed.
  3. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  4. Gently add the cheese to the whipped egg whites. Mix gently with movements from bottom to top so that the protein foam does not fall off.
  5. We put the whipped egg whites with cheese into baking tins (which are suitable for a microwave oven - glass or ceramic, without gilding or metal elements) and make a small depression in the middle.
  6. Carefully lay out one yolk in each groove, being careful not to damage them.
  7. We put the baking tins in the microwave. We set the minimum power (360 W) and cook for 2 minutes. During cooking (after about 1 minute), the protein will begin to rise, but then fall off.
  8. Scrambled eggs in the clouds are ready. If desired, decorate the scrambled eggs with herbs and serve.
