A traditional Italian dish, often called Osso buco in Milanese style. This is a piece of beef knuckle cut across with the bone. Today, it is easy to buy Osso buco in large supermarkets in meat departments. Prepared and served with vegetables.

  1. Roll the pieces of meat in flour, shake off the excess and fry until golden on both sides in oil in the pan in which they will be cooked (it is desirable to choose dishes with thick walls). Remove the meat.
  2. Fry sliced onion in the same oil, and add white wine.
  3. Then add chopped garlic, tomatoes, 1 tbsp of flour, carrots, and meat. Pour hot broth and cook under the lid on low heat for an hour after boiling. At the end add fresh parsley.
  4. Serve with boiled potatoes or polenta
