Young red potatoes are baked in the oven with garlic powder, salt and pepper. You can't think of a simpler and tastier side dish.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.
  2. Wash the potatoes and scrape off a thin film. Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
  3. Place potatoes in a large bowl, pour over with olive oil and stir. Then sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and black pepper, mix well again.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the potatoes on it in one layer. Place in a preheated oven, bake potatoes for 20 minutes, until golden brown. You can serve potatoes with an omelet (optional).
