Japanese omelet differs from the usual one not only in the method of preparation, but also in the ingredients. It turns out that the omelet "Oyakodon" is quite satisfying, since it is prepared not only from eggs, but also from meat. Salt is not used in this recipe at all. Instead, soy sauce.

  1. Wash the meat and cut into elongated strips.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Pour mirin, soy sauce, sake and broth into the pan.
  4. Then add sugar. Bring all ingredients to a boil.
  5. Then put the onion in the pan. We fry it literally for 1 minute.
  6. Then add the meat. Fry it for 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  8. Pour them on top of the meat. Fry the oyakodon until it is beautifully crusty.
  9. Serve Japanese scrambled eggs with green onions.
