Chocolate pancake cake with cottage cheese cream and pancake roses - decoration of your table. A very simple recipe for making a tender and delicious cake without baking!

Ingredients

  1. Mix flour with cocoa and set aside.
  2. Add sugar and salt to the eggs, mix with a whisk.
  3. Then pour in 1/3 of the milk and vegetable oil.
  4. We introduce flour with cocoa, stirring until the lumps disappear.
  5. At the end, add the rest of the milk. The dough must be liquid so that the pancakes are thin.
  6. (If the dough is thick, add more milk.)
  7. Before the first pancake, grease the bottom of the pan with oil. Set the fire to medium. Pour a portion of the dough into a hot pan and evenly distribute by rotating the pan in a circle.
  8. Fry pancakes for 20 seconds on each side. The same amount of dough should be measured each time.
  9. Pancakes (I got 20 pieces) should be thin, so they are better saturated with cream.
  10. For cream, mix cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar, beat with a mixer or blender.
  11. (If there is neither a mixer nor a blender, the cottage cheese must first be passed through a sieve, and then add the rest of the cream ingredients.)
  12. Pre-wash and dry dried apricots and raisins with a napkin, finely chop. Add dried apricots and raisins to the cream.
  13. We collect the cake, spreading the pancakes with cream. We leave a few pancakes for decoration.
  14. We decorate the pancake cake with melted chocolate and pancake roses.
  15. Sprinkle the roses with coconut flakes, put the cake in the refrigerator so that it is soaked.
