Peach juice with strawberry ice

Ingredients

• Peaches 3 pieces
• Strawberry 700 g

Directions

1. 1 Pass the strawberries through a juicer.
2. 2 Mix the juice with 100 ml of water in a small baking sheet or low-walled pan.
3. 3 Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. 4 Remove the tray and gently stir the ice with a knife or fork.
5. 5 Place in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
6. 6 Juice the peaches, pour into glasses and add the crushed strawberry ice.
