  1. Wash peaches, dry, remove seeds from them. Cut the pulp into slices. Place half of the seeds in a mortar and crush.
  2. Place peaches, sugar and crushed seeds in a large glass jar. Stir and add alcohol. Tighten the jar with gauze and leave for 7-10 days at room temperature
  3. After the specified time, strain the liquid through a fine sieve, squeeze the pulp. Filter the tincture through a linen towel and bottle.
