Peking cabbage salad with cucumber

Peking cabbage salad with cucumber literally shimmers with bright flowers and emits an unusual aroma of spices and condiments.

Ingredients

• dill, onion feather - a bunch;
• olive oil - 30 ml;
• cucumber;
• lemon juice - ½ tablespoon;
• Chinese cabbage - ½ head;
• marinated corn - 50 g;
• pepper, salt.

Directions

1. Shake the cucumber with a thin straw, and immediately put it in a convenient bowl.
2. Finely chop the onion and greens, and add to the container with the vegetables.
3. Divide the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, and add to the rest of the products together with the marinated corn extracted from the jars.
4. Mix lemon juice, a pinch of salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Season with the resulting sauce, carefully distributing over all components.
