Ingredients

• Tequila150 ml
• Cucumbers130 g
• Lime juice75 ml
• Agave syrup30 ml
• Lime20 g

Directions

1. 1. Pour mezcal into a shaker with ice cubes, add 80 grams of coarsely chopped cucumber, squeeze lime juice, finish with agave syrup. Beat well in a shaker.
2. 2. Put sliced ​​lime and cucumber (what is left) in a punch bowl with ice cubes. Strain the cocktail there through the bar sieve.
