  1. Pour agar-agar with cold water and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the ripe soft persimmons, peel and remove the pits.
  3. Puree the persimmon pulp with a blender.
  4. Since agar-agar hardens very quickly, it is necessary to prepare forms for marmalade in advance. Any muffin tins or any rectangular shape will work for this. Line the molds with cling film or parchment, leaving the edges free to make it easier to remove the frozen marmalade later.
  5. Bring agar-agar to a boil. Be sure to let the agar-agar boil, otherwise it will not harden!
  6. Add persimmon puree, bring to a boil and let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Immediately pour the hot mass into molds.
  8. Hanging edges of the film can be wrapped.
  9. Leave the persimmon marmalade until completely solidified, you can put it in the refrigerator.
  10. If the marmalade solidified in a rectangular shape, then after removing it, it can be cut into cubes.
