Delicate, tasty, with a pronounced citrus aroma, the cake will cheer you up. Plus, you don't need a lot of ingredients to make an orange pie.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the zest from one orange.
  2. Squeeze 200 ml of juice from oranges.
  3. Beat the eggs with sugar until white foam, adding sugar little by little until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder.
  5. Add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
  6. We send a mixture of eggs with sugar there, bring to a homogeneous consistency.
  7. Add orange zest to the dough.
  8. Orange juice is also sent to the dough.
  9. The dough will be quite liquid. Pour it into a mold (if you have a split mold, we recommend covering it with parchment paper).
  10. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 55 minutes.
  11. When the cake is baked, take it out of the oven, cool and only then take it out of the mold.
  12. Decorate the cake with icing sugar and fresh oranges.
  13. Bon appetit! Please yourself and your loved ones!
