A butter pie is prepared with dark chocolate, and the top of the finished product is covered with butter cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. In a separate saucepan, mix water, sugar and butter, bring to a boil over medium heat, remove from the stove, then add chopped chocolate, stir, let cool. Then add eggs, vanilla and dye. Pour the flour mixture into the chocolate mass, mix until smooth.
  3. Cover a heat-resistant form measuring 22x33 cm with foil, pour the dough into it, place in a preheated oven, bake for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Remove the finished cake from the mold, let it cool completely, and then grease the top with cream. Cut the finished product into portions and can be served.
