  1. Put the sorted washed rice and oil in a saucepan, salt and heat, stirring with a little jar. Then pour the broth, mix thoroughly, bring to a boil, close the pan with a lid and put in a medium-heated oven for 15-17 minutes.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté in oil, boil fresh green peas and sauté in oil, peel the zucchini, cut into cubes and fry in oil.
  3. Mix the garnish with the ready-made rice, stirring with the jar. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Rice can be dyed with saffron.
