  3. Let's prepare the filling: cut the sausage and tomatoes (cut each circle in half). Cut the mushrooms into slices, finely dice the onion. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and mushrooms.
  4. When the dough is done, roll out either 3 pizza bases or one onto a large baking sheet. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 ml. To make the sides - bend the edges 1.5-2 cm inward and close up well. Grease the bases with ketchup and put in an oven preheated to 280 ° C (look at your oven, the main thing is that the workpiece does not burn out) for 10 minutes on the lower or middle level to brown well. Take out the blanks. Do not turn off the oven.
  5. Put sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes on the finished base.
  6. Pour the workpiece with the prepared filling and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, navigate in your oven.
  7. As the pizza is ready to take out, allow to cool slightly, cut into portions.
