  1. Heat milk and water to 30 degrees. Dissolve yeast in liquid and leave for 15 minutes to "revive".
  2. Sift flour into a bowl (or bowl of a food processor), add salt, sugar, olive oil, finely grated cheese and garlic passed through a press. Add the yeast liquid and knead the dough. Knead thoroughly for 10 minutes. Transfer the dough to a dry bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 or 3 pieces depending on the desired thickness.
  4. Roll out, put on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
  5. Remove the baking sheet with the dough, grease with sauce, add the filling to taste and bake for another 15 minutes.
