  3. After 10 hours my dough rose perfectly and I put it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning I took it out and, before starting to work with the dough, let it stand for another 1 hour at room temperature. The photo shows that the dough is alive, it is all permeated with bubbles.
  4. Dust the work surface with flour, transfer the dough, roll it up and roll it into a ball. Cover and leave for another 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into two parts, roll each one again, roll into balls, cover and leave for another 30 minutes. After the specified time, we begin to prepare pizza. Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature, mine is 230 ° C. So, we stretch the dough with our hands, it is very pleasant to work with: it stretches well and practically does not tear if done carefully.
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet. Lubricate the top with 3 tbsp. l. sauce. Then sleep with grated cheese. Arrange the mushrooms on top, which are best cut into slices, sprinkle with oregano and spread the sausage.
  7. Place in the oven and bake until tender, about 10-12 minutes. But you will be guided by your oven. While one pizza is baking, I am already preparing a baking sheet from the second.
  8. From this amount of dough and toppings, I make two fairly large pizzas.
