  3. Sift flour and knead the dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands.
  4. We put in a warm place and wait for it to rise. We lower the dough and wait for it to rise again.
  5. While the dough is brewing, we prepare the filling.
  6. Cut sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers into small cubes.
  7. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry.
  8. Put the finished dough on a lightly floured surface. We roll it into a thin layer. We transfer to a prepared baking sheet.
  9. Put the mayonnaise and ketchup on the dough and, after mixing, spread over the dough.
  10. Put the fried onion on top and stretch it all over the dough in the same way.
  11. Put the filling on top in any order. We put three cheese in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  12. The dough will brown a little, the cheese will melt.
